Some customers only have original samples or rough prototypes, which makes it difficult to develop products. Please rest assured to entrust the development work to us. The following is the development process of vacuum formed products for American customers.
The customer hands over the original sample to us, and our engineers will communicate the technical details in detail. Create a preliminary draft using a 3D scanner and modify it to obtain the initial draft. After obtaining customer approval, make the first sample for customer trial assembly verification. Based on customer feedback on trial assembly, modify the drawings and ultimately provide qualified bulk products. The cost of sample development is included in the first piece quotation. The copyright of the drawings belongs to the customer. Due to confidentiality agreements, only partial photos of a few products will be displayed.
